solo queue doesn't mean i want to play with duo's

i play solo queue to play with people my own skill and climb rank not to be place with duo queuers that bring in really low ranked players and dont help the game at all, its really frustrating already trying to climb out of plat hell but when someone brings in a really low golds and i play against high plats its frustrating

You could just report the lower-ranked one for being unskilled. It's not wrong, if you're fighting high Plat then he doesn't really belong.

Of course, I'm of the opinion that carrying someone like that should be punishable, so that might just be my thing.

or have an option where we only fight solo queue
