I always counter ban really. If I see them ban fizz, I ban yas. If I am first ban, it's blitz.

People don't position, so if you can land skillshots its just ults for days. Allies having trouble playing well? Well its pretty hard for them to mess up when all 5 enemies are cc'ed.

If I don't ban him then someone on my team is probably going to pick him, likely ruining our team composition and then feeding.

Though, if my mid-laner has already selected a mage or assassin, I'll leave him open. I hope the enemy team will pick him so that I can camp him and get fed. Many people who play him tend to rage (similarly to the stereotypical Riven and Vayne players), so it will be much easier to win if he's on tilt.
