If Support Quest Is Completed While In The Fountain You Only Get 1 Ward Stack

As part of the new support item quest you get 1 ward stack until you return to fountain. But as a result there has been an oversight, if your quest is completed while in the fountain it should give you the 3 ward stacks but instead you only get 1 unless you run out of the fountain and back in. Clearly this was just a factor that slipped by when coding the way you receive the stacks for initially completing the quest. I have only been playing targon supports so I'm not sure if this is a targons exclusive problem or if it applies to all support quests but my guess is that it applies to all of them. Please Fix
