Add control locations to the game (from Starcraft!)

In Starcraft, players have the settings to be able to set a camera location to a hotkey, pressing the hotkey will allow the camera to screen back to the location that was set. I believe with F keys being more prominent, the level of skill to players globally will increase dramatically due to us being able to set a camera location to wherever we want (like say a lane, we can check the state of minion waves with one click instead of dragging mouse and aiming to the map, highly beneficial). I believe this addition will improve League long term, and really no reason not to have such a great in-game function.
