New season update

Is it just me or did this new update create more toxic players? honestly i think this update is pretty bad. everyone is squishier now and more one sided. the old rune system allowed players to lane against their opponents, but now you cant even farm, without at least taking 50% of your hp. they need to add back armor and magic resist. not even the new runes can make up for that
