Game Grades

Hi guys, I'm just wondering how the grading system works. I seem to rarely see S grades, I am usually getting A, but I am seeing people that did worse than me getting the S ranks. I am really just wanting to figure out what part of my game is lacking and causing me to get lower grades. Here are the scores from some of the games in question:

15/3/10 145cs 9/1/5 74cs (jungle game) 12/7/14 132cs

I have the same problem, when I play Quinn, i went 21-2-11, 27-6-11, 19-7-15, 16-4-15 ect... and only got A+... I'm convinced that Riot doesnt give Quinn S's

The grading system is Riot top secret so people don't figure out how to game it and get S ranks for doing stupid things like spam warding in base(which they specifically said doesn't work btw.)

My guess is objectives factor in too. Things like were you at dragon when your team killed it, did you help take a turret/inhib, etc.

I don't think it has a lot to do with warding, I ward a lot in games including always keeping a pink down as well. Objectives is something I didn't think a whole lot about, often times I miss out on dragon and back while I let the other teammates finish off towers so that was an awesome point, I'll have to test that.

EDIT: On another note, I think it also has to do with match length. I just had a 15/4 game where I was a part of every dragon, rift herald and all but one tower, but the enemy team surrendered at 20 due to an AFK and I received an A rank. That kind of tells me surrenders and game length probably have something to do with it.
