So many people QQ about Veigar change
I think it's a very good change, much like Rengar. I usually disagree with most of what Riot (balance team) does, but this one is actually pretty good.
Veigar is much more flexible to play this way.

I like to save the QQ posts and reply to them afterwards and be all "Ya, look at how underpowered this 12/3/7 Viegar is as he stuns almost the whole enemy team there!"
