Serious question: good guides?

Greetings fellow summoners, Serious question here: Are there any good guides anyone knows of for how to critique your own games (find mistakes, etc.) and how to progress out of Bronze ELO? Here'es the problems I have been having:

  1. Guides I find are either just people bragging on their own skill or Diamond+ summoners showing games vs other gold+ ranked games. Not vs Bronze

  2. Tips I am finding seem to fail vs Bronze players due to Bronze players are kind of erratic (example: tips say "ward here or at blank time begin helping other lanes... but when you do those you find yourself ganked because the other team [or your own] are in a completely random spot and not where they SHOULD be)

I am a support main (usually Leona) and find myself losing games when I am 3-1-13 or 5-2-20 at the 20-25 minute mark, but team-mates have like 11 deaths each. I am trying to find my own mistakes and help correct my play as it's the only thing I have control over, but keep seeming to draw lop-sided games or team mates who don't want to play as a team every 4 or 5 games out of 10.

Anyone help? Sites / channels / guides with good guides to help?

Tbh from what it sounds like, you'll climb consistently like how you are now,

However, if you want to climb faster, you need a support that does the damage. Carrying games lets you climb the fastest. You need to have the biggest impact.

If you can't trust your team to somewhat know what to do, then I wouldn't play a support that enables your team to perform better. Theres no point in doing that if they can't play better.

  1. Zyra Brand Malzahar Velkoz AnnieMorgana for example are damage supports than can carry. They have stuns/roots, but they'll kill enemies by themselves. Mages basically lol.

Looking at your games from last season, you should play more morgana.
