Pantheon is busted

he's basically the same as before. Super strong early game, extremely useless lategame

Panth's late game drop off happens very noticeably when suddenly there's very little in the way of kills for him to snipe in side lanes and people become tankier and come online. You either build Lethality straight if you're doing well and try to get inhibs before 20 minute mark, or you become a cc bot going tanky just to stay alive a second longer in team fights.... it's sad how feast or famine, and ultimately famine he is.
