QOL Change for Sylas?

In the most recent patch (9.4) Sylas Sylas got a nice little QOL fix where his "W" will now "glow" whenever he can gain the most health from it. How about this though: when Sylas can damage a champion for the most damage with his "W", their health bar should change colors! For example, change from green to red once they hit the 40% mark!

Now I am not suggesting that it be like the Pyke ult or Urgot ult. I don't think it should show if you could execute with your "W", just if you could deal the most damage.
