Masteries- I'm seeing a lot of pro players go 12-18 with taking the assassin mastery and stormraiders. stormraiders would be my first intuition.

though i guess thunderlords would work well in lane too for short trades. q, e, w, q and retreat repeatedly should push your opponent out of lane rather quickly.

combo really depends on the situation.

q, e, q, w, q, e, q is the highest single target dps rotation q, e, e, q is aoe burst and worthwile when your opponents are grouped up and youre in a good spot to deal some aoe damage q, e, w, q is for cc + shield or short trades.
