I don't understand the question 1- if you're rooted and then use cleanse of course you can dash just like if you use QSS because it removes the cc 2- do u mean at the same time? -2.5- why though?

I think OP means you can QSS DASH. (snowball summoner from HA)

summoner 32 thats Mark

It's not very clear

{{summoner:52}} I think this used to be called Dash and not Warp. Could be wrong though. (never realised it's called Warp till now lol, always remember the spell being called Mark/Dash, not mark/warp)

again they still need to clarify what they are actually asking because its not very clear

good I am not crazy it was called dash

Well that's just what I thought because, Dash is a SUMMONER SPELL (like op specified in parenthesis). But do you know if it can be cleansed? (assuming that's the question) It should be since you can cleanse ignite and exhaust

still makes no sense

is he trying to cleanse the mark so they can't dash? trying to cleanse something and then use dash after being cc'd after landing the mark?

very confused

When you are hit by snowball, you have a debuff on you, and cleanse removes debuffs from summoner spells. So, it should be cleansable imo. Haven't tried this in practice but I will cause that would save me from much trouble when playing ADC or immobile shit.

Edit: So you cleanse the mark and the ENEMY can't DASH to you. Just thought I'd make it clear cause it is in fact very weird way that the OP put it.

The only other question i can think that OP means, is can he cleanse displacements then dash.

Like if lee sin kicks the adc, the adc can QSS and flash (or dash if they got a dash spell) back to the safety of their team before they travel too much of the kick distance.

If that’s the question then the answer would be No, since cleanse doesn’t allow players to ignore displacements locking their mobility spells up.

They mean the Dash Summoner Spell from ARAM. The mark left by Snowball.
