Just saw a game where first tower, buffiest, fell at 5:40 minutes.... season ...EIGHT?

Guys & Gals what are your thoughts on this?

The Sivir took tower at 5:40 with a lvl 3 nami support.... Yes, there was action as usual in the bot lane when early tower fall...... but please clue me in on what you are supposed to do when you get tower.

Please don't bs it and say maintain advantage and stall the tower falling - no. Any pro comments would be appreciated. It was too early for a lane swap with the top laner as he could not yet 1 v 2 and asking to rush an early middle-game didnt's seem like the right thing to do.

The sivir froze for a while in the bot lane, but the cait and lantern where too scared to farm at all so they just waited at the NEXT tower lol!? So what are you supposed to do? Throw your lead and get ganked by the enemy jg till people are strong enough to team fight? I mean, --->there should be a different reward<-- for getting first tower, as it is risky to do so so early because it may backfire if the enemy freezes on their side of the map. |

Should this be more of an issue of the wave structure of minions?
