To those who've wondered about Hail of Blades and Stormazor

Yes, Hail of blades feeds into the extra stormrazor damage. I have yet to test it on melee champions, but I will in a second and update.

But Hail of blades actually buffs the attack speed before the auto hits, and stormazor calculates at the AA hit. I tested the damage using draven on the PBE. With Berzerker greeves Stormazor PD RPC BT IE

Stormrazor Q's did 439, with hail of blades up they did 479 dmg.
