You need to be a certain win rate and or skill level to join ranked matches!?

Your thoughts to those who are sick of the trolls, kids who come in thinking their good, using new champs that they just bought or riot just come out with and have no idea how to use them? I can go on!

I feel making a different system for ranked will also help with the trolling, not being able to use an account in ranked unless you work for it and are a certain % of expertise in ranked and with the champ being used??

I am sure I am not the only one who is sick of all the trolls and people who clearly should not be in ranked? Never mind the toxic, which I was a bit today myself because I am getting fed up! I totally understand now why some flip in a match wasting 30 minutes to sometimes an hour of their life in one match! I myself don't like wasted time and if i am going to on a game I would like to win or at least have a loss where we all did well and put 120% into that match with champs we know how to use!!

Also can you please put in a program geared to ban people from matches with shitty internet connections? Sick of the disco's. Riot wake up!! You can do so much more for this game if you really wanted to! And you can do so much more for the people who make you your billions by playing it for you!
