like WTF!!! SERIOUSLY WTF! why Xin Zhao so simple and so rewarding i mean even reworked WW harder than xin zhao and xin zhao way more rewarding they play him from the lowest ranks to the top ranks and even LCS.

its not fair! when a simple champion can be rewarding in every division and also LCS please nerf xin zhao

Wait... isn't that exactly what you want? A champion to be rewarding regardless of where it is played? Makes balancing that champion easier. Also how is he even broken?

He need a nerf but I am a firm believer than being simple doesn't mean you shouldn't be good/rewarding at all elo.

It is more like Xin Xhao is so strong in every aspect of being a jungler that he became some kind of top tiers that could make a S3 lee sin blush.

just because a champ is simple doesn't mean there's no depth to them or that they are easy.

This example is old and overused at this point but singed is consistently one of the champs with the hardest learning period while being simple as hell.

you can't really tell people their champ isn't allowed past diamond because "they're too simple and only elite high mechanic dickwads are allowed past this point".

He’s doing good in higher elo because of the amount of skill expression available to him. His ult has a ton of uses and his W’s impact also scales really well with player skill.

He’s not just mindlessly QWER’ing around. He’s not even abusively strong in duels. He feels reasonable.

Also yea he’s doing good in a meta where you’re only a viable jungler if u have level 2 gank pressure, which he happens to have.

You have no idea how many nerfs he got

?

Can you do better then just complaining about a champion being picked frequently? Even when a champion is picked that much, it doesn't mean they need nerfs.

Hail of blades makes his early dueling insane, you can't go anywhere near him.

We're not even seeing peak Xin Zhao mechanics in competitive yet. Wait until players start utilizing R-Flash to Insec people.

I feel like learning counterplay instead of complaining about a champion works better, but I get what you mean. Some champions deal too much damage or are too safe that it can actually be tilting to try and learn their counters.

But but but. Muh early snowball. :c

simplicity also means hes linear and has more obvious counterplay, xin zhao isnt op hes good in the meta and his performance is specifically tied to him fitting what the meta is right now and if they actually put some effort into fixing jg his winrate and playrate will go down, play safe early and ward up he falls off pretty hard as his ENTIRE job is getting his team ahead and if you keep that from happening he's just out of the match

This specific rune is breaking Xin Zhao.

the solution for xin is to ward

so... maybe somewhere in plat he starts to have a down side as a blind pick

BigFBear1/29/2019, 1:49:19 PM1 votes

I think there is no problem that a champ is simpel but also rewarding. Also being simple doesn't mean that he should only be good in low Elo.

But there is a problem with Xin being op atm.

Xin Zhao is too strong for having easy point-and-click abilities that you can't mess up. His ult really isn't a skillshot, and the W practically isn't bc you dash point and blank and can't miss the thrust from that range/during your knock-up.

SO, is he OP because his numbers are too high, or is it that bc he is point-and-click that makes him OP?

I'd tend towards the 2nd (he is OP bc he's easy point-and-click). One of my main is Xerath , and boy some games I land like 90% of my skills and then he feels completely OVERPOWERED. But normally you miss a lot, and that makes him balanced. If u hack or are just really good and land everything man he is oppressive,

So I think Xin kit is an example of why every champ should have skillshots, otherwise if their numbers are decent, they become OP because you can't make mistakes with their abilities (assuming basic non-mechanic knowledge--proper time to engage, map awareness, etc.).

Another example is Maokai . He's OP not because he's overtuned, but because he's so so soooooo easy to play that you can't make mistakes on him.

and MasterYi Jax again, really easy , they have a little more depth than Xin, but again Learn how to E and when to Q on Jax (not hard), and when to Q / engage on Yi and they are overpowered because after that, like xin, it's just enhanced auto attacks.
