It should be a standard that every champ is able to last hit decently. It shouldn't be that their kit gives them a disadvantage to get the basic fundamental necessity in league which is gold from killing minions. It honestly is a greater chore than playing most champions to be able to get all the cs you can compared to an Ahri.
