It's pointless to have it on Summoners Rift. It barely changes anything other than making it so top or mid have to share a lane or have two junglers fighting over camps. There's a big difference between increasing the amount of players by 20% and increasing the amount of players by 100%.

except nobody wants twisted treeline... hexakill on rift is fun because u can have a duo top or a duo jungle. (one for start red one for blue then then we both invade XD

even howling abyss would be better than twisted treeline....

No, that's just your opinion. Plenty of people really enjoy Hexakill on Twisted Treeline, they brought it back on Twisted Treeline and not Summoner's Rift several times for a reason and that's that Hexakill on Summoners Rift just wasn't that popular because it changed very little other than being a nuisance for someone having to be solo against two people in a lane or two junglers fighting over camps or one of two junglers doing nothing but counter jungling because there's nowhere else to get farm.

With Twisted Treeline you have a greatly different experience since it's a map made for 6 people that now has 12 on it and since most everyone has the same XP and are interacting in this unusual situation from the get go rather than it just being an annoying thing to deal with for a few people while six other people are just doing the same thing they'd do in a normal SR game you feel like it's really its own mode rather than just "SR with two more people".

I didn't mind Hexakill on TT, though I do hope that they add some kind of passive gold/XP gain. The change in map was a nice break from Summoner's Rift.
