Normal Draft and Ranked Draft Dodging.

Ok, so i just dodged a ranked game expecting to lose only 3 lp, and having to wait 5-6 minutes. Instead, i had to wait 30 minutes, and lost 10 lp. This makes no sense, because i have not dodged a single ranked game in the past 24 hours, however i managed to dodge a draft pick for one of my friends. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if its been a thing but I believe this type of error needs fixed, immediately because it is unfair to most players who have to dodge sometimes.
