Ill start by saying the changes are fine for the most part, i think 1 thing needs to be fixed and that is don't let the ult active deal true damage instead of magic damage to the "villian", or if you do CAP it. He should not R for 2050 true damage, its ridiculous. You capped Darius's ult at 950 i believe and he doesn't have a true damage dot.
but darius can deal this damage up to 5 times. getting his ult off at least 2 times is common. (1 for a kill and 1 on somebody else).
and after garen ults someone from 50% to dead in 1 R someone else becomes the villian and takes true damage ticks. Considering Riot is always talking about counterplay, where is the counter play to 1 ability wiping out at least half your health with absolutely nothing you can do about it, you can't even itemize against it since its true damage.
