Hey Riot, could we get e-passports to play Normals with different regions?

Even though we do have server transfers, many of us are probably never going to want to buy one unless we absolutely have to. I myself wouldn't want to leave NA behind, yet still, I'm curious as to how it feels to play on EU, Brazil, South Korea, etc.

So I bring to you an idea: E-Passports. This would allow players to queue up with others from different regions in a normal game. It would bring together the international community and allow each region to grow and mature.

Imagine it: 5 players against 5 players, each one representing their home country, region, etc. Press tab ingame and everyone has a little flag from their country next to their name. It would be glorious. It would evolve the meta. It would bring everyone closer together. It could even help the esports scene. Sure the ping would be interesting for some players, but I'm sure there are ways to alleviate such a thing.

Anyway, TL;DR: it would be completely kickass to have a passport available in the store for a few hundred RP so I can play normals with people in other regions!

yeah that requires third party VPN's... I have one. But good ones are expensive. Or you can get shitty free ones with time limitations on them

I mean, I already have 100 ping in NA, I can't even imagine what the ping would be like for me if the server is half way across Earth.

What about the language barrier?

Brilliant Idea btw

I'd rather not, I already see enough people talking in different languages.

While the option would be nice...believe me, playing with players from around the world ends up a hassle more often than not. If you've ever played DOTA 2 you know the struggle of having a Brazillian player argue with a Russian player on a U.S. East server. Teamwork drops significantly with a language barrier.

I wonder why aren't the server transfers free at the start of every season.
