Hoping to see a Kennen rework sooon!!

I just dont think Kennen fits with other champions now in patch 9.3. I just dont see a ninja from kennen beside the shuriken. he should be improve on his agility. He should have more ways to mark the enemies. His E can barely save his lives in situations, and he is definitly going to died once he use his E to engage the enemy or start a fight. This world is just not balance from Kennen's view. He should be rework so he can survive the bot lane as well since he is a range champion. Kennen In the future I want to see that Kennen is a champion requires practices to be better, so I will spend time playing as him.

Beside the gameplay, what's wrong with his story? why his story is not updated? This champion is created so many years ago and always feels leftout in so many ways in the League.

Also Shyvana, can you adjust her E as well? Either remove the effect that marking the enemy will let Shyvana do more damage on the marked target or make her E BETTER. She is so useless in so many patches. Can you actually adjust her so when she jumps into the enemy, the enemy will get stunt or mark?

Kennen is fine. He has an amazing kit and is doing quite well in pro play too. And he doesn't need any changes.

It looks like it was pushed. Whenever a rework gets pushed they try and make up for it by adding the effects they worked on for the rework onto the current champ.

My personal opinion is that they are forcing everything to do with the Darkin story as fast as possible. So Varus will most likely be one of the next relaunches, next to Pantheon. Then maybe minor updates to Cassiopeia and Sivir.

Since when? They have never done that. They are going over various older champions and giving them an effects update to tide them over till they can do their reworks.

Kennen is on the Ezreal style list anyway, so he'd be a very light rework kit wise, one to two ability changes at most and a visual update. So when they do his, some of these effects might stay. Where as others, such as Mundo who is on the full relaunch list will have a massively different kit, thus brand new effects again when they just updates his as well.

They don't work on assests for champions till they have the direction down. Then they get the art going, animations, effects, ect. Kennen wasn't in the works yet cause they never started.

But they just gave him brand new effects. Why would they waste time making these effects if they are just gonna make new ones for his vgu?

The way I see it, whenever Riot updates the effects or textures on a champion, that means they aren't anywhere close to a vgu for that champion.

It would just be a huge waste of money and time making and testing art assets that are eventually going to be replaced, unless the idea of replacing them just isn't happening any time soon.

They gave Nunu brand new icons right before his VGU was revealed and then gave him completely new ability icons again in the VGU. Same with the fact they gave Pulsefire Ezreal a Voice over update and new animations before they revealed his VGU and then in the update they gave him a completely new Voice Over from a completely different actor. So these things are no different.

They will take the time to make Visual Effects and then completely overhaul them when they do the VGUs. Most of the time though, those are there for a couple of years before the VGU is actually slotted, like Morgana even had VF updated in 2015 I think it was or 2016 and now she's had her VU with completely redone effects.

Sometimes though it doesn't mean they've passed on the update, they just haven't started it yet. Like I'm sure they started working on Ezreal for example before they jumped into a full on update like they did a year later.
