Summoner spells

Would it be possible to have something you can buy in the game that will refresh you summoner spells, like ignite. It can be set up that it costs a reasonable amount and when activated instantly refreshes the power you have activated last. If ignite takes 2 minutes, for instance, to reset then once you have actived the refresh the ignite will still take the normal 2 minutes to be available again but the refresh item will take double that time to make it more fair. I use the spells a lot but some take far too long to be available so a refresh item one can buy and slot into the normal 6 slots availble for powers. It could be used as a boost for those that are late bloomers.
