New jg timers dumb?

So why in the FUCK can BOTH jgs see when the buffs are about the spawn? how is that fair what so ever? If i'm behind and my buff is respawning soon i CAN'T get that or else i'm just going to die from the invade from the other jg because they can see when my buff is about to spawn. i feel like that is 100% STUPID just plane S-T-U-P-I-D. PLS fix this at some point soon

I think it's a hint counter jungling meta is coming back soon.

it's a balance patch because new players don't keep a mental clock.

imo it's may be more harmful than helpful overall, keep an eye on it~

also, with the new dragon buffs it's essentially critical to keep tabs on those events.
