Cutthroat no longer silences, but slows a great deal, and everytime i see patch notes for him, i laugh. Hamstring, one of the most used names for major slows in almost every game, namely World of Warcraft Warriors, use it. I vote for the name change to be Hamstring, or something along the lines

wolfax1 votesIt's not high on the list of priorities so they ignore it. Does it affect the game? No. There are a lot of other things that do. It's probably not that it takes all that long but there are seriously so many other things to fix I don't care that they didn't change one name.

In higher level play Talon is useless.
