Am I the only one who finds it unfair that everybody becomes Garen in a mode where, when you can't go back to spawn to reprenish your HP, you just build tanky AF and win because, essencially, everyone becomes Garen after 8 seconds?
RIOT, please, remove this stupid item from ARAM! 2-3+/5 champs who are tanks guarantee a win!

Even though I prefer ranged champions over melee, I believe that Warmog is a necessary part of ARAM. That is because if it didn't exist, many full melee teams would almost automatically lose against heavy poke teams. With warmog it will be more even fight. So Riot, please do the wise thing and ignore this thread. Thank you.
If you the reader need more "proof", you can look at the top ARAM win rate champions from lolking for example. The top 10 at this moment for the last month has two melee champions (Sion and Maokai) among them. The other eight are ranged. Among them we have the familiar faces of Ziggs, Sona, Lux, Vel and Fiddle whom we all love. Also we have Janna, Kog and Teemo there. As long as poke champions like the loved five are at top, the melee guys need more love and Warmog is part of that love.
Janna, Kog and Teemo are little different from the other five ranged champions; Janna can protect the carry (her tornado doesn't count as much of a poke in my eyes), Kog is serious anti-tank-weapon (and potentially a poke engine also) and finally Teemo is the heavy defensive guerilla weapon. Maokai offers bush control and some poke via bushes, but mostly he is just really difficult to kill tank, Sion ... I never realized he is at top 10 before this. I cannot explain why he is there, but I guess he has got his serious initiation potential. So, how many of those ten (ab)use warmog?

All I have to say is how can Riot ban champs from URF because they are "too strong" then allow champions such as fiddlesticks.viegar,illaoi,garen into ARAM. Different champions have different strengths, hecarim and sona are great and urf, and viegar,garen,illaio,and fiddlesticks are great in ARAM. How can you ban some champs without banning the others? It's called favroitism and it's bullshit. Either ban all the champs who are stronger in different game modes or don't. Do not ban random champs based on a vocal minority who complain about losing games based on random chance. Ex. you ban hec and sona from URF because people complain but do not ban viegar/sona/soraka/garen/illaoi/fiddlesticks from aram because you don't give a shit?
Tanks are strong regardless of Warmog's. I often don't buy it until really late because other items help my team win.
