Swain... My man needs a buff, or a rework. He never gets played anymore, and he deals almost to no damage.
Suggestions:
Have Q follow or attach to enemies like Lulu's Pix.
Increase W Root, or Range, Or AOE.
Have it so when you use your E, if you auto attack someone it deals extra damage, like a Lux passive.
Maybe even completely change his ult, or keep it the same with more birds?
Please, my man Swain needs your help.
Swain deals a decent amount of damage as long as you don't fall behind, and none of those changes benefit him in meaningful ways. His kit is already cohesive and has decent skill requirements that aren't quite visible at first glance (kiting, leading and resource management mid teamfight). He is the definition of "does not fit the meta" at the moment, so his lack of presence in games isn't that surprising, but it doesn't mean he's truly weak.
I can't say that he wouldn't be fine with some slight buffs in some areas, particularly with how hard champ design has shifted, but overall reliability increases will strip him of the more interesting parts of his gameplay.
As someone who has over 200 swain ranked games, and climbed to gold by playing only swain, I disagree with you. He does do damage, and his E already does amplify the damage of his auto attacks.
Swain is broken to fucking hell.
