I can't even play

Two things.. Lag and Graves

I can't even play League anymore.. This is by far my favorite game and i have been playing for about a year and a half. i have an average of 300 ping living on east coast (N.C.) i try to play ranked with my top two champions- Kalista and Riven but i can't do anything due to me constantly lagging out. I just played up against a malph+graves, a deadly combo no doubt.. the score was 1/1 we were both lvl 6 and Malph ulted then Graves ulted and i died instantly. sure with better ping i could have reacted, i saw malph heading towards me and tried to flash but my flash never went off. and i died before my character moved. That alone shouldn't be allowed but it doesn't matter because i'm close to quiting.. i used to have a 90 ping average- something pro's think is terrible, but i thought was enjoyable.. but now i'm constantly lagging out and there is nothing i can do.
