Irelia stun indicator

I think the most frustrating thing about playing against Irelia is when is when you are fighting her and Equilibrium Strike stuns you when you both look to be around the same HP. It would be nice if there was a small indicator when you are near Irelia letting you know if you would be stunned or not. Obviously the Irelia should be able to see it as well to know if her ability will stun or just slow. I don't think this is a far out idea because this has already been done with Cho' Gath and his feast with champions. Anyways maybe i'm just upset about all the times I've been stunned by an Irelia when I could've sworn that it should have only been a slow, but I think that overall this would be a benefit to gameplay as and against Irelia.
