Ziggs Bouncing Bomb change

Rather simple change, but what about making it so during the bounce, if it collides with a champion, it explodes (possibly with a slightly reduced AoE). I've been playing Ziggs for a while, and it's pretty stupid how sometimes I miss a bouncing bomb because it barely bounces over the enemy champion when it looks like it should be exploding in the champion's face.

Ziggs' Q is rather easy to hit, when it comes to bouncing. You just have to develop a sense for when it bounces, and what it can bounce over. The only real problem with hitting is Q is accuracy, which is the same problem with every skillshot.
