i'm loving it when i finally get to having it but can we reduce the flat out per lvl and give some hp scaling to it so assassins won't become supports like mages

There's no way that'd become as viable as Brand/Malz/Zyra just because of relic shield.

An assassin almost always needs to be ahead of people on gold to do their job well. If they take this item, they're giving up a slot for damage, and ensuring that they will be way behind in gold if they fulfill the quest. In all, they would be doing even less damage than if they were just behind regularly, as they will still be behind, and one of their items will give them nothing offensively. It's a terrible idea for any assassin to take it.
