Whelp hes about to hit 40% win rate. No klepto to help get items to help in lane and help you scale better you gonna get poked out an zoned off since you dont build life steal early and going tear = 0 damage early lol.
He has other keystones he can work with (DH, comet/aery, and should also be able to work with footwork. He could probably use glacial as well).
Honestly? Him losing Klepto might be better for him overall. It'll let Riot put a bit more power back in his kit.
At this point, even if he did have a 40% winrate, I still don't think it would affect his playrate.
