Team Frames Targeting

I've been playing a lot of Twisted Treeline recently because of the RGM Hexakill, and something's really been bugging me about team frames during those games: Why can you target allies with Skillshots by hovering over their frame? Normally, it's not really a problem because of the way Summoner's Rift games are played, your cursor never hovers over them, even if, like me, you set them on the left of your screen, but Twisted Treeline is laid differently. it's set horizontally, which means that you're always aiming near them. It's proven to be a great cause of frustration and confusion for me, as trying to land a skillshot on a ennemy and shooting it at my ally who's buying in base seems to make no sense.

I understand the reason for being able to target them, however. Being able to quickly start a Shen ult on your dying adc in bot without ever having to scroll there and target them directly can be very useful, and can make for some clutch plays, but I have to ask, when would I ever want to throw damage directly at them instead of the ennemy? To me, it's very strange that there is even a way for us to do that, and despite looking around for a solution, I haven't found any. I think it would be a great idea to add an option to either disable Team Frames Targeting, or simply prevent skillshots from targeting allies alltogether.

**TL;DR: **Why can I target allies with damage skillshots by hovering their frame, and can I disable it?

Feel free to give your opinion on this idea, I'm curious to see if other would like to see the option added as well.
