Winning lane 3v1 and still losing the game

This happens a lot but this time it was like amplified 100 times and i don't understand how the hell this can happen other than having terrible junglers and bot lane

I'm playing top lately and u usually get permacamped, most of the times a can literally 1v2, kill both jungler and my lane but sometimes when some bullshit happens i gave up some kills but i have always double cs and still 1v1 my top laner. Today the same thing happened but i got camped by both jungler and mid laner while having double the cs of my opponets after they came 4 times and my top laner couldn't 1v1 me; yet my jungler did nothing but and he was able to lose drakes, even if he was really lazy all he had to do was countergank top and get a double kill.

I know you won't belive me and that this sound like a stretch but you will have to give what i say for granted

at first I was like "oh this is probably massively exaggerated", then I realized you're playing tahm kench top, yes you deserve to lose and having a cs advantage means nothing on this champion.

Its not that I don't believe you but this post probably belongs in "RANT". but in lower elos people don't understand they need to be on the offensive when they send people to lanes. In this scenario if mid is not gonna rotate then he needs to push mid and jungler needs to either get drag, help get mid tower, or gank bot if hes not gonna rotate

If this happens SO much I suggest picking up Illaoi Renekton or Mordekaiser if you dont already they are some of the best when out numbered
