When will you see which champion is overpowered???

So i played 2 games where i got to play vs syndra so her q dealing 300 dmg with only ludens echo btw she has 2 sec cld...I played with azir champ who got buffed this patch but its not enough he is rly shitty champion(i am talking for last 10 patches).Its not only about syndra can you look at master yi garen darius yasuo zed talon ekko nautilus blitz and others...;.........
