About the Teemo changes...
How about you reduce the "reworked" E bonus Attack Speed and instead let him break the Attack Speed Cap for that duration? Too strong? Useless? No clue, just an idea.

I hope Rioter Jag will swallow her pride, admit her rework is bad and stop pushing it, otherwise teemo as we knew and loved will be sad memory
If he loses much more attackspeed he won't be breaking the limit except with a bunch of runes and items, he's already lost attackspeed per level.
