This champ needs a new rework already because she should not have a promo slow if she get's a promo slow why don't you rework her e into a dash when your at it because it's not fare how she does not need a item to slow fix this champ she was fare before you scum bags touched her.

The Last Ballad1 votesAshe had a permanent slow before her rework, slightly gated by mana usage, but that could be completely removed by essence reaver+damage items. And why would you get rid of an iconic ability, just because she has a slow. It is not even a large one! Her slow is 5%! 5%! At 325ms that is a 16.25 ms loss. I have never had much of a problem with Ashe, she has no escapes, so let her have a small slow. It also removes her ability to crit, so why not?
