Brand Quality of life

I believe brand ult should be allowed to bounce of of himself to allow for better dueling. It wouldnt be too bad as he would lose the damage from bounces on himself but it would allow for his ult to better scale for dueling. It would also prioritize himself over minions, but would choose enemy champions over himself if there are two enemies near each other. What do you guys think would this be good to bring back our favorite flame boy?

Hhm... Actually, that doesn't sound too bad to me. They could actually have it maybe give him a slight buff if it bounces off of him, something that a good Brand player could utilize for extra damage but others would shy away from since it would require him to be close to his enemy and usually that means he's likely to get blown up. It would also make it so his ult isn't almost worthless if there's nothing to bounce it off of.
