Lets talk about Dark Harvest

So I've been using dark harvest lately on mostly mages now which is kinda weird since it was mainly used on assassins or basically anyone who like had good base damage. Anyways DH now is busted although riot sort of nerfed it really doesn't do anything if you keep winning trades and stack til late game. The fact that you kill people and restarts to 1.5 seconds, electricute is basically useless now. Electricute is now just good for early game and sort of mid game. Dark harvest is great for mid game and late game. With dark harvest you can just keep stacking and restart the cool down to clap more people while electricute you have to wait 25-20 seconds. Idk electricute seems useless now (in my opinion).
