Things need to change , I'm really tired of being tilted. IDEA for ranked!!!

Just so tired of mean team mates and dicks on the other team,whether I win or loose, play well or not ; there is always some one that finds a way to mess up the game for all . Just want to enjoy the game win or loose , this ladder climb dependent on others is the problem,

** its should be dependent on how good/bad you do (individual) in a winning team and a loosing team. So for example I am not very good if my team wins but i got thrashed around i should not get as many points as them or the opposite if i was good and my teammates were not why should I loose all my points **.

Any way just tired of the system, being punished by the community and the game no matter what happens ...Never fun anymore should be the name of the game.
