Alistair's W

Not sure if this is normal or not, since it been a while since I last played Alistar. Not sure if it by design or bug, but when I headbutt an unit into a wall it send them through the wall and land in the area behind it. For example when I was leashing the jg, I used headbutt on the Krug and it went through the wall and into the grass area of the red buff, or when I headbutted a champion into the wall of the Toad area, it send them out to the lane behind it and allowing them an easy escape. If it a bug then it need to be fixed, if it by design, it like giving the enemy team a free summoner 4 if you aim it incorrectly. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

It's intended and has always been like that.

It's intended to do that. It knocks them back a certain distance, and if that distance is on the other side of a wall, they get put behind the wall. Alistar is already a strong champ with a very reliable and strong CC engage combo. It's fine if he's punished for messing up an ability, I see nothing wrong here.

The only exception is if the wall is too thick... then you get a ministun for what it would be the fly duration of the knock back. Besides that everything lands on the other side of the wall if you headbutt it close to it

That is working as intended.
