On a losing streak

I'm currently on a losing streak in ranked. I'm bronze 3 and was in my promos until i lost and never won a ranked game since then I go Jax jg and it's usually what I pick all of the time. I keep an eye out on lanes and gank if they need them, I ward when I can, I help with objectives if possible and I can't seem to find what the problem with what i'm doing is. I usually do good as Jax. The last game I went 14/8/11. Is there any advice out there so I can better myself with jungle solo queue? Should I try a different champion, or go try a different lane? Both? Thank you.

14/8 is bad. It means you feed a lot of gold to the enemy with shutdown gold and put anyone on your team that was not close to that amount of gold behind. People in low elo Die A Lot, the best you can do is lower your death count. While bad games do happen and deaths happen i do not want anyone to think that 14/8 is a good KDA.
