Heimerdinger should be reworked into a tankier champ

Given that Heimerdinger has started to fall out of favor and since the assassin rework he has become weaker. In my opinion i think he should be reworked into a tanky mage because I think it would be fun to see a a big freaking Heimer running around setting down turrets and getting girls while he's at it. Of course this would mean a pretty hefty nerf to his damage and a bit of tinkering with his abilities and mechanics, but I think it would be pretty great. How about you guys?
