Newb question here. I keep hearing about pink wards or 'vision ward' is what I think they're technically called? I can't find these to buy them. I'm really confused about how to access wards generally. You need a Sight Stone for stealth wards? I see control wards easily searchable in shop so I'm set on those, and Trinkets are free. But are there other wards? And how do I get pink wards? Thanks for any help.

Singstones are where Green wards or stealth wards are found.
Control Wards are what was formerly http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/8/8c/Vision_ward.png/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/180?cb=20141223092558 Pink Wards or Vision Wards
Trinkets also allow for a shorter timed Stealth Ward
and the Trinket Upgrade
offers Blue permanent wards that die in one hit.
AlienPrimate2 votesPink wards were recently removed. Control wards are their replacement so if someone mentions a pink ward that's what they are talking about.
SchmidttyGames1 votesControl Ward.
Also look into Trinket Ward, Seer Stone, Oracle Alteration, Sightstone, and any item that starts with the word "Eye". They are the vision related items you seek.
