Loading Borders.

I believe that it is time to allow anyone to use any border that they own at anytime.

Not being able to use a border because you don't own the champ/skin and are not currently playing that champ is mind boggling. You can start designing borders and place them in the store for people to purchase and use at free will. Many people will buy borders from the store and use them if they look cool enough.

There should be a choice if you want to use it or keep showing your last season rank.

When missions started getting introduced some borders where added but unable to use as said. We should genuinely be able to use these as their hard earned time and effort.

"but that makes them not special anymore" yeah but I used my tokens/coins ect. to buy them. I might not like the damn skin that goes with the border and I might just like the border. I don't like the elemenlist lux border but I like the lunar border. Why is it that i cant put those two together? Because they don't match? Better yet if we cant use the boarder without the skin then here is a great idea riot: DON'T LET US BUY IT BECAUSE ITS POINTLESS. Some of us might actually pay money for tokens to get more stuff and the oop. You cant use what you bought unless if you buy this too. And no its not that clear. I had to come to the official post to figure out I couldn't use my border when my first event that had one was lunar guardian. I have to tell new players all the time not to get it if they don't have the skin. And they all have the same response: "What why? That doesn't make any sense" Either make it more clear and have some safeguard for the noob trap that you made with the borders description or make it so that we can mix and match.

The entire point of skin borders is essentially to be a limited edition version of said skin. They show that you were one of the first ones to pick it up, or were at least engaged in the release.
