Hey im gold 5 and i just started my losing streak so im back at 0 LP, am i gonna get demoted back to silver 1 if i lose 3 games in a row at 0 LP?

Yeah, I've been demoted like 10 times this season.

How does shielding work? Temporary shields will stop players from dropping into a lower tier immediately after promotion. You will be shielded from demotion for the next 3 games after you advance a division. If you advance a tier, you will be shielded for 10 games (3 games for Master Tier). Furthermore, if you are in danger of being demoted to a lower tier, you will receive a warning in your Summoner Profile. They will look like this:

How do demotions work? Demotions are based on your LP and are influenced by your MMR. If your MMR is significantly lower than the average for the current tier or division, every time you lose a game at 0 LP, you run the risk of demotion. Shielding prevents demotions as described above, but it does not last forever!
I'm not sure if 3 losses in a row at 0 LP counts as "If your MMR is significantly lower than the average for the current tier or division". But even if you demote you have time till 11 November for ranked rewards.

no, its like 10+ games winout a win.
It depends on your mmr. How much lp did you gain for your last win?
