is nautilus good

i just got nautilus, and i am wondering if that was the right choice for a tank, people say that sion is good because he as tons of health but i just want pull moves with a shield and slow so i got nautilus. please tell me who i should buy and thanks for the help.

Naut is one of the best low elo champs to pick up in the jungle.

simple kit
insane ammounts of CC
amazing early base damage, unkillable lategame
ulti is broken with the right comp
