Get these champs out of mid lane

Quinn, Tristana, even seen a Cait. These champs do so much damage in the early game. They out damage you, and they can push faster than a lot of mid laners as well. On top of all of that they are all extremely safe champs. They are very hard to punish for the jungler. Can we get this stuff out of the mid lane some how
