My idea for "fixing" dynamic queue

Now let me preface this by saying that I personally have very little issue with dynamic queue, I don't mind being the solo with 4 premades or being against one. However I do think that it's unfair to expect all players to be okay with this. My idea to make dynamic queue more enjoyable for other players is fairly simple.

For normal queue I think that there should be another box similar to role picking that is "queue picking" where you essentially check off what the highest premade queue you are okay with is.

For example Summoner 1 goes solo and checks the box saying he is willing to play with up to a 3 queue on his team/the enemy's team, this means that he never has to worry about being the only solo player on his team and has at least one other player who they would have to gang up on if they wanted to bully them into doing what they want. 3v2 premades is a lot more acceptable for most players than being forced into being essentially all alone (I assume)

Summoner 2 may only want to play pure solo games and check none of the boxes and then that player can get the true solo experience they desire with no fear.

Perhaps a duo queue only wants to be with other duo queues as well, bringing back the old "solo" experience where you were allowed to bring another partner.

However that is only for normal queues

I think its a fair statement to say tailoring your Ranked to be exactly what you are comfortable with might be unfair to some people so my thoughts for ranked are as follows.

  1. "solo" queue ranked can allow up to a premade group of 3 players, I think this is a fair number to work with because no player will be forced to play without anyone not premade on their team so in the worst case scenarios you have another neutral party to help back you up instead of giving into premade mob mentality.

  2. Ranked 5s is brought back, but improved upon. The new club system is great in my opinion and is a much better system than ranked teams and I think that a group of 5 should be able to queue together as long as they rep the same tag. With this system you still have a player's profile their highest ranked 5s rank (Which is still there despite the fact that you cant even queue for it anymore) and clubs could replace the old ranked teams tab to show the clubs overall team rank.

These are my suggestions to fix and improve dynamic queue and even though I don't absolutely hate it I still would probably find myself enjoying the current system but I think a lot of people might like this more. I do acknowledge that some people might instantly go pure solo and refuse to ever play with larger premades potentially increasing queue times but I think the people it brings back with what I think to be a happy compromise will make up for it in general.

I also have an idea for a token system that forces you to play at least every role once every 20 or so games just to help those people who want to pick support as their secondary then realize that means they just picked support, that would help queue times as well probably.
