Improving the Surrender Vote
I hate long games. I hate how I have to play a losing game because the two players don't have a lick of reason. I have been in 50+ minute games and have been forced to continue playing despite completely losing interest. Yeah, we are defending but that is all we are doing. When I ask why they declined, I kid you not I have been given this reason multiple times, they say "well, if they make a mistake" or they don't even say anything and just so many negative emotions fill me. So much so that today was the first time I just straight out left a game, yeah it was wrong of me, I'm waiting for my punishment to come down whenever but it got me thinking.
How about this, after a /FF fails once or twice, it displays the gold difference on the next one? Maybe people will see the numbers and try to think more, to get people motivated instead of "let's do the same thing and hope it works now". Like, it might get people talking! "Why does this person feel that way? Can I help my teammate from the tilt?" or "We are this far down, how can we turn this around?"
What are your thoughts on how to improve the surrender vote? Do you agree with my idea?
